Your birth deserves support that feels personal, informed and completely your own. As a DONA-certified birth doula with over four years of experience, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.
Home birth is at the heart of my work. I love supporting families who want to approach birth in an environment that feels familiar, intentional, and deeply personal. I also provide continuous support for families choosing hospital birth, including inductions, epidurals, VBACs, and everything in between.
I believe that birth is a transformative experience and the decisions made surrounding birth are extremely personal. I encourage my clients to approach our partnership with authenticity and vulnerability. I provide a safe space for my clients to voice their fears, their concerns, and their questions. My role is to empower, educate, and support my clients so that they feel confident and safe in the birthing space. I am proud to support families from all walks of life. I have advanced training in trauma-informed care through the When Survivors Give Birth program.
